I offer a very competitively priced combination package which includes the boiler service and gas safety certificate, and all my services can be booked online. Don’t forget that if you are able to give me 21 days to complete the job then I can offer a very worthwhile discount!

I charge £49+vat (21 days notice) or £59+vat (priority service) for a landlord gas safety certificate which includes the boiler but please note that additional appliances such as a hob, cooker or fire are an extra £10+vat each.

Landlords MUST have all their gas appliances checked once a year and obtain a Gas Safety Certificate to that effect. Failure to do so is likely to land them in serious trouble. The purpose of this check is to ensure that the gas appliances are safe to use and that they are not going to endanger anyone in the property through explosion or carbon monoxide poisoning!

Remember, this Landlord Certificate (Gas Safety Certificate) is only a snap shot of the condition on the day that it was carried out, and it is not an excuse to avoid work on the appliances should their condition change in the future!
